Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. MoveSafe Relocation is a licensed moving broker, and our role is to coordinate transportation with licensed and insured interstate carriers. We strive to be transparent about this throughout the booking process, and our broker status is disclosed in the reservation documents provided before a move is scheduled. We regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding our role. We are also sorry to hear that your belongings were damaged during transit. We understand how upsetting it is to receive your items in anything less than the condition they were entrusted to the carrier, and we recognize the frustration this can cause. Customer feedback is important to us, and we take concerns regarding both communication and carrier performance seriously. A member of our Escalations Department will be reaching out to you shortly to address your concerns directly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your moving experience. MoveSafe Relocation is a licensed moving broker, and this information is disclosed throughout the booking process and outlined in the paperwork provided prior to reservation. We coordinate moves with licensed interstate carriers that perform the transportation services. Regarding your rescheduled move, additional charges were not assessed simply for changing the date. Any changes to the move details, including inventory, scheduling and availability, can affect pricing based on the carrier's rates and logistics at the time of the revised reservation. We are also concerned to hear your comments regarding the pickup crew and the reported property damage. The level of professionalism you described is not the standard we expect from the carriers we work with, and we take those concerns seriously. Our records indicate that we have already been in communication with you regarding your concerns and are actively working toward a customer service resolution. We appreciate your patience as we continue that process and look forward to bringing this matter to a fair conclusion.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Our goal is always to provide customers with the most accurate estimate possible based on the information available at the time of booking. As is outlined in the moving process, all estimates are subject to review and are based on the inventory provided. Prior to the move, each customer completes a detailed quality assurance call to verify their inventory and any additional services needed. If the inventory is significantly different from what was originally quoted, the estimate is updated accordingly before the move takes place so there are no surprises on moving day. We understand that an increase in price can be frustrating, especially close to a scheduled move. We are more than happy to address this with you directly. Please call our Escalations Department at 561-286-7688. Thank you.

We're sorry to hear that your move did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when a relocation does not go as planned. As a licensed moving broker, our role is disclosed in our agreements and documentation provided prior to service. Carrier assignments can change due to scheduling or operational availability, but all carriers are required to be properly licensed and insured. Our estimates are based on the inventory provided before the move. If the items presented on moving day differ in volume, weight, or services required, the carrier may issue a revised estimate before loading begins for the customer's approval. Regarding the pool table, we sincerely regret any confusion. Specialty items often require specific handling and, in some cases, additional arrangements depending on the carrier's capabilities. We understand how disappointing this would have been on moving day. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to review your file, including the estimate, inventory, and communications surrounding your move. Please contact our customer service team so we can investigate your concerns and determine whether there is anything further we can do to assist.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. We take these concerns seriously and strongly disagree with the characterization of our company. Our estimates are based on the inventory and information provided before the move. If the actual shipment differs in size, volume, or items from the original estimate, the price may be adjusted accordingly before services begin. Any revised pricing is reviewed with the customer for approval prior to moving forward. Our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly, and any goodwill offers are made in an effort to assist our customers—not to dismiss their concerns. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your file, including your estimate, inventory, and any pricing revisions. Please contact our customer service team so we can discuss your move in detail and work toward a resolution.

Rebekah, We have made numerous attempts to speak with you and work toward a resolution regarding your concerns. Unfortunately, each time our representatives have been able to reach you by phone, the conversations have ended before we were able to discuss a potential resolution. Despite these difficulties, we still made the decision to issue you a $500 refund as a customer service accommodation in an effort to address your concerns and demonstrate our commitment to resolving the matter. You still wrote this review after you received that refund, which is unfortunate.
