Unscrupulous
I asked via live chat if I would be allowed to return the plugin if it didn't work for me. I purchased the plugin, tested it, and within 24 hours discovered it did not work well with my theme and tried to return. They refused. Even after delivering proof of the chat transcript. Don't do business with unscrupulous companies. Use HBook instead.

Hi Jeremy, Thanks for your feedback, however, the Hotel Booking plugin is claimed to be compatible with all WordPress themes. It means it should support all the capabilities described on the product page or documentation. So we have asked you to describe the difficulties that you have faced but we did not get any information from you. If we verify the plugin is not compatible or conflicts with a specific theme we do submit a refund and enhance the plugin if the issue is on our side indeed. That was the question you asked in chat though you did not provide any details about the conflict or error message in your support request.

Motopress has a really good helpdesk
Motopress is working well when you manage to do all the settings the right way which can be challenging. However, the helpdesk is really good and helps you till everything is working.
