I am not one to write reviews normally. But I have to write this one because I am so impressed with the customer service and templates I have purchased with MotoCMS. It doesnt matter whether it is 2am or 2pm their customer service responds with the detailed answers you are looking for. Not just one or two sentences....but they go into detail which speaking for myself is exactly what I need when I am not a web designer. This was not just on one or two occasions.... rather it has been every time I contacted them. This type of customer service is a lost art in my opinion and is the reason I wanted to leave my comments. If you are looking for a great product and the assistance to back it up 24/7... then do yourself a favor and purchase your template through MOTOCMS. You wont be disappointed!

Vielen Dank an Sam Clayton von MotoCMS. Auf MotoCMS kann ich mich jederzeit verlassen. Der 24/7 Support ist jederzeit per Chat, Email und sogar telefonisch erreichbar und hilft bei allen Fragen. Heute habe ich unabsichtig meine Server Datenbank Einstellungen geändert und das Passwort erneruert,w as dazu führte das der Web FTP Keinen Zugang mehr auf die Daten hatte und die Website nicht mehr funktionierte. Nach einem kurzen chat (4 min) wurde das Problem von der Ferne aus behoben, obwohl der Hosting anbieter ganz wer anderes ist. Vielen Dank Sam Clayton.
