I have been working with John Novack to update an amazing New Template to replace our outdated one. Although the template is user friendly and oh so easy to use, I decided to save the hassle and pay for the installation. I've worked with John Novack and must say he provided excellent customer service. He is fast to answer, polite, patient and very efficient. If it wasn't his department, he quickly connected me to the proper personnel and was still my go to guy no matter what issue I have. I actually look forward to communicating with him. Great Job John! Five Stars from me for every interaction ***** T.Graves
