I applied to College Ave but I need a cosigner; I applied for a government grant but I needed 29.00 for an enrollment fee. My name is Nicholas C Bressi and I would like to go to college for ESL (English as a second language) and get my BA.

They actually do have good customer service. And they respond quickly. But I am not about to pay $150 because someone listed for me the 3 federal and state grants that I already knew I qualified for. And for the appeals, all you need to do is explain thoroughly and explicitly your financial aid situation, add supporting documents, be polite and express feelings. If I were to pay someone to do this for me, it'll be $10 max. I expected that they had access to some grants and scholarships that students actually didn't know about not the state grants that are on the state's education website, FAFSA and FSEOG. Who doesn't know about these!?

My understanding is that MOS would be working on getting me scholarships dollars so I can use it to pay off my school fees/loans but so far they got me $500. We have 8 more months so let see what happens.

Hi Latoya! Thanks for sharing your experience with Mos so far. Just to clarify, Mos does not control the amount each students is eligible for, but does ensure that each student gets the maximum aid that they, individually, can get for college. We look forward to continuing our work with you!
