They had what I needed in stock

the parts i got worked exactly as designed i am pleased with my order

Decent price for new part, most importantly though it was reliably shipped with tracking and successfully delivered

There was nothing wrong with the item I purchased,but the transaction was very disappointing. The item was expensive, then the shipping was almost as expensive as the item. There was no choice as to who was providing the shipping. That particular Shipper charges a huge amount to do collect taxes at the border, almost as much as the shipping costs. And this is not disclosed to the customer until after the item is delivered, a few weeks later. I have had better experience with a different shipper.

Part was in-stock, it was shipped quickly, and status of order was communicated well.

I bought the same part from a competitive vendor far cheaper. You sent one part (which read as though there was a pair) and charged me $33.00 the other vendor sent me a pair for $13.00. You charge me for extra shipping and a fee for older parts. This is for plastic sun visor clip holders for a 2002 Dakota pickup. Will not use you all again. Disappointing.
