Good product and they update always their apps.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been e-mailing this company for over a month straight after doing a return. I have sent them all information that I have and that THEY requested, but still seems not enough? I do not know what the hold up is. I know that they have recieved my return, because I tracked the package. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This shouldn't be that difficult.

The people at Moov took over a week to reply to my email, and only did so because I contacted them through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well. Others on Facebook also advised me that they have received awful service from them as well. Moov took 12 days to dispatch my order, and only dispatched it because I had emailed them, they were quite happy to take my money, lose my order and ignore my emails. The products they sell are great (and not cheap!) and I had recommended them to my friends and family, hence this order, but I will not recommend them in the future, and will proactively tell people not to order from them because the service they will receive will be atrocious. Avoid this company at all costs. The staff who did eventually reply to me are yet to apologise for losing my order or the inconvenience caused.
