Mooielight has nice products and is also helpful in case of Damage at the transport; I reported my problem with some photos and got a positive answer in less than 10 hours (over the night), ... and in the meantime also a new lamp from China to Austria. Thank you very much!

Fast shipping and friendly Customer service, but the quality of the product could be better and is definitely not worth the price. Note that the products they offer are copies of designer lamps.

Cheap shameless scam! The products look nothing like in the pictures,they cheat customs by suggesting you declare a standard 25$ price on their products,offer no invoice or packing list and the quality of the products is the worst I’ve ever seen,cheap looking and horrible and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE,you will definitely be sorry and get nothing for your money,it’s just a cheap scam

You have provided a picture of the product. Our product does not have any quality problems. Please note: Your payment does not include customs duties, local taxes, or any other import costs. This paragraph is written on our product page. Before shipment, we declared the value of 25USD. You told the customs the original price of the package, which resulted in the customs levying an import duty of 50 euros. We are also willing to pay import duties, and you did not reply to our email. We are also willing to continue to negotiate with you to resolve this issue. We will refund you an import duty of 50 Euros.
