My order got canceled
My order went through, but got contacted informing me that my items were out of stock and customer service was wondering if I’d like to replace with different colors. I was open to the option but the communication with customer service wasn’t not prompted and after knowing all the items I ordered were out of stock I asked to cancel my order. There’s was not further communication from the customer service but I did notice the refund on my bank account so I still gave it a 3 star. Wish for some improvement on the communication. Update: Got the email notifying regarding the refund so I changed it to 4 (more so a 3.5. Communication still feels a bit slow to me, but at least they are trying.

great lenses for a great price
great lenses for a great price! i was not expecting to also get tweezers and the contacts case which is very convenient.. i love the lenses i got and they were perfectly packaged well!

Order did not ship to my location
Several days after purchasing I was notified my order could not be shipped. The website should warn you before allowing you to make the payment. I had to ask for a refund.
