Used to love these purses. Recently I bought a new purse, and I do love the design. But a month later my purse is starting to fall apart. I have reached out to the place I bought it and to Montana west and zero communication from either. I think when you spend 100 on something it should last you longer than a month. Will never buy Montana west again. Horrible!!!

First off, this isn't not in Montana. The products come from Portugal. I didn't know that. Very misleading. It took a month for my order to arrive. I ordered 4 shirts and each werw $34.99. When my order arrived, 3 shirts werw correct but the 4th wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered. I emailed them telling them what they sent and what I actually ordered and was charged for. I had to submit a picture of the wrong shirt, the waybill and the shipping label. Thank gosh my trash service hadnt picked up yet because I had to go dig the shipping bag out of the trash. Ridiculous! I am still waiting for a response to the photos I sent. They better refund my money or send me the right shirt but coming feom Portugal, it could be another month. VERY MISLEADING making you think you are buying from Montana which is where I live.
