Absolute worst delivery service on the East Coast. Look it up; there seems to be a concensus about how horrible they are. I don't know why any reputable vendor would tarnish their own reputation by shipping product via LaserShip. Maybe a 4 star company, but they lose 2 for using LaserShip.

Over the years I have bought products from them but their RMA policy will screw you in the end. I bought a 4K monitor that was promoted by 9to5 and it arrived, I installed it and threw out the box thinking it will work. It was defective. One of the reasons I bought from them was overnight shipping. It took them 5 days to issue a RMA. Unlike Amazon, they refused to send a replacement and then refund if I sent back the defective one within 30 days. I asked for a box. They said no. Then lost my business, forever.

I've been ordering from Monoprice from Canada since before their products were available on Amazon Canada. They consistently offer good products at great prices, and always stand behind their warranty. I recently had a 30ft Redmere active HDMI cable start to give me problems, and within 24 hours of asking about a possible warranty claim, a brand new one was on its way to me - no questions asked - with free shipping. Thanks Monoprice! You continue to impress with your stellar CS! Thanks again :) Sean.

I've been a Monoprice customer for years, and always felt they were trustworthy. However, recently I submitted a negative review about one of their products and the review was never posted. A quick web search revealed that other customers have encountered the same problem. So I no longer trust product reviews at Monoprice.

I've only had positive experiences with Monoprice. They're my go-to for cables, and I've also bought a Bluetooth speaker off their website, which works like a charm, for a great price. They've earned another loyal customer in me!

Monoprice is the first place I look when I need to replace a cable. Their prices are on point, and the cables are a high quality. They also offer multiple levels of quality for most cables, to help you suit your needs. They also have some amazing non cable products. I'm a huge fan of their headphones, and have a mechanical keyboard that's also great. Always shop around, but be sure to check monoprice, you might find that they are a few dollars cheaper.

Shipping to Canada is ridiculous. I was looking at a refurbished USB monitor on Monoprice. After shipping it was only $7 less than what newegg.ca was charging for the newer non refurbished version including shipping. $59 US for the monitor and $40 shipping is ridiculous.
