I love Monoprice. I have been shopping with them for a number of years. I find their products to be of excellent quality and their customer service to be outstanding...all while offering very good pricing. I tell all of my friends to look at Monoprice before looking anywhere else for cables, speakers and charging equipment.

Placed an order on newegg.newegg cancels my order due to no response from Monoprice.sent an email to Monoprice (newegg department) they said it’s not their problem if newegg cancelled my order.i re explained to the agent that it’s because newegg didn’t receive any answer from Monoprice that’s the reason why my order was cancelled!!! I request politely if I place another order can someone do a follow up and it was a NO. I requested a rebate due to all this confusion it was also a NO..I wish I could give 0 star so had to give 1 star

I have purchased various cables from Monoprice over 15 years. On the rare occasion that a frequently used cable, connected/ disconnected fails, the customer service to replace it is the best. Should be the benchmark that all companies should strive to achieve. Their competitive pricing, delivery and service are simply the best.

Bought a guitar which is a screaming deal for the quality. Went on sale before I received it. I was instantly given credit for the sale amount difference. Been a customer for many years and only have positive experiences with the products and especially the service. SG

Ordered a pair of headphones which in the span of of few months one of the arms broke, wrote to support and showed proof of the broken item they responded and said I needed to ship back the broken items acessories and all which annoyed me but I was just going to do it unfortunately to be hit with major car trouble which means I couldn't get the package shipped back ,time passes and I completely forgot about shipping the stupid thing back because unfortunately my car still couldn't be fixed after a month and a half and I still had to go to work, etc when I finally remember, I explain whats going on to customer service and that I don't know when I'll be able to ship the item back only for them to come right back and tell me I still have only 15 days left to ship it back . Now I have to figure out how to get these stupid headphones back to them with no car and the nearest fedex extremely far away from me and in the meantime while its being shipped to them and my new headphones are being shipped back I won't have any headphones, after this I'm never ordering anything from this company again
