Great customer service with great value products

My brother-in-law introduced me to Monoprice many years ago and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve bought HDMI cables, headphones, portable charges and charging cables and their products stand up to the high end brands and at a better price point and the quality is superior. Monoprice stands behind every product they sell and I’m never afraid to buy their products.

I bought the Monoprice 5 watt tube amp from Amazon on 12/13/19 and it stopped working on 1/2/2020. I contacted Amazon and they were out of stock so I contacted Monoprice directly and got their Amazon support channel. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon and had a RMA # and shipping label first thing Monday morning. I shipped the amp back and received a replacement a week later. Thanks Monoprice.

We have purchased several 3D printers from Monoprice, The purchasing experience has always been very easy and quick. The times we have had contact with the technical support team, they have always been professional, courteous and quick to provide a solution for us. We highly recommend Monoprice.

I’m a first time customer of theirs ordering a product from their company and my experience with just returning 1 item is taking well over a month for this process to just be done and for me to get my money issued back onto my card. Long review but please read if you want an honest experience. I have a lot of patience and I’m not the type to get fussy with companies but this, this was an experience that shouldn’t have been handled this way or this long. I had ordered a hard drive on 12/04/2019 for my PC I was building. Estimated delivery date was suppose to be on 12/05/2019 following up with the weekend the latest or worse case scenario Monday. Either way I got an email confirmation saying that it was going to be delivered really soon. Funny thing is, is that I never even received a tracking # or anything. Realizing I had bought the wrong hard drive for my PC after processing this order & even getting a confirmation email saying it will be delivered soon (although I never received a tracking #) I had call the company, spoke to a representative & canceled my order. I was told it couldn’t be canceled b/c it was already shipped out (YET AGAIN I NEVER RECEIVED A TRACKING # FOR IT). I said ok that it’s fine for me to wait until the package gets delivered to my house & I can just tell FedEx I no longer want it. The representative notified me that she will still cancel the order for me, that way when I deny the package at my front door, the return has been processed already. I was told it would take 14 days for the money to be issued back onto my card after denying/returning the package. Now we’ll get to the frustrating part that made me write this review and I will probably never order from this company again unless I KNOW I want the product for sure without returning it & etc. The package was NEVER delivered to my house. Hell even 1-2 weeks went by without getting any email about an update of my package or where it was at. I STILL DIDN’T EVEN HAVE A TRACKING #. From the delivery date it was suppose to get delivered, it never did. 1 week went by from that delivery date. I forgot about it b/c it was Christmas, I was busy with doing other things until I remembered & had called Monoprice asking where was my package & that a week have went by & it never even got sent to my house. I was then notified by another representative that it was at the warehouse getting returned... since I’ve canceled my order before it even “shipped” FedEx just left it at the warehouse to be sent back to Monoprice. I said ok even better! That means I won’t have to take it back my self. I was waiting for my money to show up in my account. 1 maybe almost 2 weeks later still nothing. THEN THE PACKAGE SHOWS UP AT MY HOUSE after Christmas. What the hell Monoprice. I was given incorrect information even after 2 representatives putting me on hold on the SAME day doing research & tracking my package for me to confirm that it was sitting at the warehouse getting returned. The fact that it was sitting at the warehouse for 1 week too without me getting any type of notification is crazy!!! I just called & now I have to wait 24-48 hours for a return label????? Then now I gotta drop off the package and wait all over again for my return to be processed and my money to get back into my account??? Which will take another 2 weeks or longer????? I canceled my order before it was even shipped. Was told the return request has been processed and approved. I either have to wait to deny the package at my front door or if it never gets sent, it’s at the warehouse getting sent back to Monoprice. I’ve had multiple representatives I’ve talked to confirming the cancellation and package getting returned, turns out package ended up at my house anyways after I was told it was getting shipped back to Monoprice and now I have to wait all over again just to return 1 product!!! Basically don’t order from this company unless you want a really complicated return and possibly waiting 2 months for your money back depending on the information you are being given that are a 50/50 chance to even be correct. What a hassle and it shouldn’t even take over 1 month to do a return item that was never even shipped and even canceling it before and NOW it’ll probably be exactly almost 2 months when I get my money back. Mind you I’m only frustrated b/c it shouldn’t take this long. Secondly, my hard drive was not cheap. Unbelievable.

I ordered some of the zero boot patch cables this month. The cables were about equal quality to what I could've made on my own, but would've spent a good portion of a day making them. So I ordered them from Monoprice. The product I don't an issue with. It's Monoprice. Firstly, it took 9 days to process and ship my order. I understand if you didn't have an item and shipped it later. Just let me know. I ordered them well before the Christmas holiday rush. I received one cable out of 32 ordered on or around Christmas Eve. One cable. It took nearly THREE WEEKS to fulfillment. That's not my biggest gripe. I left a review BEFORE I received my order, as Monoprice had emailed me to do so. I left a review of both the product and their failure with some screenshots of my order dates. IT WAS DELETED! My review was deleted because it was negative. Monoprice is not interested in unbiased reviews. Don't worry Monoprice, you can't delete the internet. I took screenshots of my review and just reposted them to your website. If you delete that one, I'll never buy from you again. Monoprice, suppressors of free speech.
