Monoprice has been my go-to for cheap cables for ages -- both for professional use and for my own personal use. As of late, they've been branching out into a variety of fields, from AV essentials, small appliances, and other electronic bits-and-bobs. They remain an economical alternative to big box stores and have a selection and quality that sets them apart from other online retailers.

I've been ordering from Monoprice for 7+ years now and have never had a bad experience. After my most recent order my box came missing 2 small items. I reached out to their customer service and they remedied the situation quickly and effectively.

Their prices are hard to beat and they ship fast. Unfortunately, postal services lost my parcel on its way. I turned to their customer service and they resent my order with another delivery service and I received my parcel 2 days later. Impressed with how quickly they responded to my messages (always within a day). They are great.
