trial product worked well. decided to buy it after 3 weeks. at end of trial period i could only use one of the three accounts. email support only and they did respond after a couple of days. tried their solution and it was not a solution. Now i can't open the program at all. Pathetic business handling.

I would prefer to give it zero stars. Support is shocking

worest software every, I purchased this two years ago then I get a message it will no longer be supported and I would have to upgrade and pay a new price. I refuse to pay each year this software goes up in price. It never worked, I couldn't download my banks, the data was off just a horrible financial software and a waste of money. I would never recommend this to anyone.

There customer service stinks, first of all, you can't contact them by phone, and on average it takes three to four days for a response if you email them. The app is not easy to use, at least if you're switching over from Quicken. My biggest complaint about Quicken, is their subscription kept going up every year, that's why I switched, now I'm regretting it. I've downloaded moneyspire to my desk top and laptop, You're supposed to be able to transfer data from one computer to the next through the cloud, but that hasn't worked yet, and no response from moneyspire yet after three days. Next, you can't arrange the way you want to do your input. Now I tried to reconcile my checking account and it didn't register my previous reconciliations from Quicken. The program doesn't allow you to put in previous balance, do when I tried to reconcile my account it was off by $30,000. Then I tried to restore my backup from earlier, and it keeps giving me an error message. Then, I thought, maybe copying my date from Quicken again, and it doubled all of the previous transactions and I can't reverse them.

After research, I licensed their software. It cost $60. It would not accept a simple download of data from quicken. I requested technical support. They gave virtually none and did not solve the problem nor even suggest a way to solve the problem. I asked for a refund they did not respond. Once I contacted my bank to stop payment, they refunded the money. They operate out of a UPS store in Lakewood California Google their location. Appears to be a fly by night fraud. My advice is stay away.

This software is useless with no real support from the developer. I previously reported several bugs in the 2025 version that were never addressed. Now, the software is no longer functioning, and I am being prompted to pay for an upgrade to the 2026 version to resolve these issues. I find it unacceptable to pay for an upgrade when the version I purchased was never properly supported or fixed.

Major features all failed: import did not import accurately; cloud did not sync correctly. Performance was dismal. I would not recommend.

The program would intermittantly stop downloading my bank information during the year and especially when purchasing the next year product. Sent several E mails and only response I got was that the engineers were working on it. That was in December 25. Still no reply from support. Program works as suggested otherwise but I will not use them in the future .
