We know that the resolution options available don't always match our client's expectations, as they are based on individual circumstances. We work to reduce our client's liability whenever possible, but unfortunately, not everyone qualifies for these reductions. Our TDN team provides 100% free client consultations and tax resources on our website to not only empower our clients but to ensure our services will benefit them after they've reviewed the other options available to them. While yes, we may require additional contracts for added services, we try our best to gather as much information as possible from our clients to ensure all necessary services are included in one agreement. As we progress with our client's cases, new details regarding their circumstances may become available. This can lead to additional services and, as a result, a new contractual agreement. We sincerely apologize if this process has caused unnecessary complexity for you, as that is never our intention. Please understand as well, that each state has its guidelines regarding tax concerns, while the IRS is a federal agency.
