Bunk beds arrived with missing/broken pieces. After less than a years use, pieces started cracking.

This was my worse online purchase ever. MOM's Bunk House claims free shipping on purchases over $99. There was never a clause that it only included certain locations. During check out, I discovered that shipping was going to cost me over $100. Nevertheless, I paid it because I needed the bunk bed. The next day I receive an email from MOM's Bunk House telling me that they could not ship to my location EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN THE PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT. I, then, told them to immediately refund me the money to which they replied that it could take up to 7 business days. Mind you, this purchase was over $1,100. Within an hour, my card information was used fraudulently within the same area MOM's Bunk House is located in. I was down another $500 on top of the $1,100 they had already taken for my purchase. I called them once again to inform them of the fraudulent charges on my card. They denied that it was their company and my information must have been stolen from somewhere else. That is highly unlikely as I only used my card for that purchase and was the first purchase on that card in over a month. Additionally, I live over 7,000 miles from their location and my card was fraudulently used within 50 miles of their location. This incident happened 2 years ago. Today I receive an email thanking me for my purchase. WHAT?! I thought this incident was done and over with. You bet your boots I will be checking my account multiple times a day for the next month or so.

Mom's Bunk House includes free nationwide shipping to the continental US on every purchase over $99. This information is detailed on our site. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, which is where this customer is located. Because we were not able to fill this order, a full refund was issued. Mom's Bunk House also has stringent security measures in place to protect all credit card purchases. The credit card info is encrypted and cannot be saved. It is not possible for the card to be charged from this end. PayPal fraud investigations determined that Mom's bunk house was not involved in any subsequent charges to this customer.
