Super poor onboarding experience. Oversold on a fancy product that had super poor after sale support. Been using it for the past 3 months and it has been dreadful. Product is unreliable and unstable

Fantastic support and the best product out there. We've grown like crazy recently and we attribute that to our choice of Momence as a software.

Bugs, bugs and glitches, inexistent customer support. Don't use Momence if you care deeply about your business. They don't, and that's outrageous for a platform that's supposed to do only that. I've used Momence for a year now and ready to swap to save myself more heartache. It is INCREDIBLY difficult to log into their website. I was at an event the other day, and couldn't log into Momence to RSVP my guests because it kept saying I was trying to log into an inexistent email. I tried resetting password, still said inexistent email. SO I improvised. When I got home later, I was still able to log into Momence with the same email on my PC, but not on my phone. Now let's talk about support, I had to manually reach out to some of their admins to get a reply about an issue....because guess what? Their support requires you to be LOGGED IN... and I can't log into their support because THAT TOO says my account doesn't exist.... and you can't contact support at all without that. The admin responded once, then told me to use their support system next time, when I told them that wasn't working and I had no one to reach out to to resolve my account issues... he stopped replying. Also be very aware that you don't even need a real company to take payments there, literally anyone can do it from their basement. They don't veto anything, they don't verify anything. Momence is an incredibly unethical and bad company for a company that's supposed to take people's payments. Half of their stuff do not work as intended, and if you have problems, you will never get answers.

I have been using momence now since May getting it ready for my opening. The client support has been fantastic and they are constantly updating their system to make it better and easier to you. I highly recommend this software for your gym or studio.

The WORST customer service and glitches regularly. I have lost so many sales due to error messages. One thing after the next. I have used MBO for years and thought I would give a newco a try. Bad decision. Save yourself headache and lost revenue. I have contacted them countless times, was very kind in the beginning, but this gets old fast.

Poor customer service and features. They are not set up for Dance Studios specifically and I've wasted so much time with them. I should have read previous reviews before booking with them. If you own a dance studio, this is NOT the software for you.

From the customer end this company sucks. There’s no customer support. I’m simply trying to link a bank acct so I don’t have to pay their astronomical cc fees. I’ve been trying for 2 days. The customer support phone number listed on the is WRONG! Geez. I’d rather pay cash then use this stupid app.

It seems a scam site. I bought something there and I have never received it. When asked for help I think I was talking to a robot,, not a human. I do not recommend to buy anything there.
