Delivery was smooth and not long of a wait. Every part and piece of the bed came together which I’m glad for that. The only complaint I have is that I wasn’t provided a tracking number until after my mattress was delivered to me and I had to contact Molblly. Other than that, service was a 9.5/10!

Had new mattress just over a week now. It arrived in torn box but wasn’t damaged inside. Specifically asked for it to be delivered outside my front door (upstairs) as elderly. Did NOT happen. It was at the bottom of the stairs inside main entry door for all apartments. Also never got an alert when delivered. As for sleep, too early to give a proper review. It is firmer than expected but that is better than too soft. Also not as cooling as it says which was one of the main reasons for purchase. Update -month later. Mattress is good in all other respect.
