This is the worst cologne that I’ve ever owned. I wish I could get a refund.

The scent is not good at all, pungent and cloying. Not what was expected. Regretting this purchase.

This was my first experience with your company and I was excited about how fast I received my order. I was very disappointed because the product didn't smell like the fragrance it was supposed to be duping and said smell didn't last two hours. I was disgusted and I felt cheated.I hate seeing your commercials on YouTube now.Pleas fix this.
Response from Mod Fragrances· Oct 13, 2026
We'r very sorry to hear that. Inspired scents are close inspirations but cannot smell 100% exact and lasting depends on certain factors like particular scent profile, skin chemistry, environment and specially application technique. Overall, Mod is known for better smelling and long lasting inspirations. If you are not satisfied, you can always return or exchange.

By far the best customer service I have ever received in my 48 years of life. I sent an email to get an issue corrected. Within minutes, I had a notification of an incoming shipment. They had already corrected the issue by shipping the missing product out- within minutes of me sending an email. Tell me another place that has service that quick and easy in this industry!? Bravo MOD Fragrances for absolutely blowing me away.
