The reformer is very sturdy
The reformer is very sturdy. It came in two wooden crates and was packed extremely well. It took less time to put it together than it did to pry open the crates. I highly recommend.

While I mistakenly thought the five toe…
While I mistakenly thought the five toe socks were dual traction, grips on the inside and outside of the sole, I was able to return them. Please note that returns are paid by the purchaser. I hope that dual traction five toe socks will be part of your product line some day.

After having an issue with missing…
After having an issue with missing bolts you guys corrected the issue and gave me a prompt refund along with a store credit to use in the future. It was great to get a call explaining all of the details so I understand the reasoning behind all the steps. I now give you guys 5 starts for this excellent follow up & resolution.
