I was hesitant to order because of the reviews but I did anyways. After a few days I realized I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number so I reached out to their customer support. I had typed my email incorrectly when checking out. Within 24 hours they responded with my tracking number and I was able to track it until delivery

I saw a lot of bad reviews before I made my purchase and was a little worried, but everything came perfectly and quickly (only about 2 and a half weeks) also came with some free gifts too!!

I ordered my package on May 1, 2021. I had not received the package as of June 1, 2021, so I contacted Modelones support. They gave me 2 tracking numbers, and told me that shipping should not take more than 30 days, so I should contact the third party shipper and the USPS. I contacted the USPS, who stated they have not received the package. I reached out to the third party shipper, Pitney Bowes/Newgistics and I have yet to receive any response other than that I need to contact the retailer. I have been getting run around in circles regarding the location of my package, which I spent $50 on for my business, and I have gotten absolutely nowhere. The last valid tracking I was able to find is that the package was in Greenwood, Indiana on May 22, 2021. Since then, nothing. The tracking numbers aren't even coming up anymore. Not sure if I will be ordering again or not, since I can't seem to get any answers.

Cannot for the life of me find a proper explanation of how to use the blooming gel polish. The instructions provided were lacking at best and every video was the same, someone as clueless as me trying to explain. I just want to know is there a special base coat? Because it does not bloom even with the activator. It dries way to fast.

It took like 3 weeks! At first I was scared because I was reading the reviews that are on here and they were mostly all bad but I don’t regret buying from them. It was worth the wait. I love the colors I bought. Everything came, none were missing.

I have never ordered here before but yes it took a bit to get but understand because of the covid. Haven't tryed it yet but love the color and it was exactly what I ordered. But my only issue was with the acrylic powder I ordered was lifting a little on the edge of the jar were is was sealed. But over its good.

Took me over a month to get my products then they came and they are super tiny compared to the pictures on the website. I was quite disappointed yet again in this company. I buy from other companies and their dip powders are way larger and these are little itty bitty things. As well as it came wrapped like a child did it with tape all around it in every direction. I would never purchase from this company again.

Stold my money! Never received my package and I can’t get a refund! Don’t order from here
