I had to cancel my order
I had to cancel my order, modDIY offered to help me pick the right parts of this was an issue. However I had to cancel as I no longer needed the items and the order was cancelled and I was refunded with no hassles.

Excellent Service and Support
I needed a very particular, complicated set of cables. ModDIY's web chat and email support were patient and helpful. They answered all of my questions and ensured that all of my custom specifications would be properly noted. After reviewing and accepting the order they kept me updated on its production status. I can't wait to see the cables in person and I will definitely order from modDIY in the future.
