I was able to add a last minute item before it shipped, saving me money on international shipping and time as well, very happy with immediate response and clarity of communication as well.

Ordered two items. Paid for 1-2 week shipping. Items arrived 17 days later. One of them was wrong. Ordered aluminium fan filter, received plastic.
