I had an issue with a table top I ordered. There was a defect on one end. A technician was sent out to try to repair but unfortunately after he tried diligently to address the issue, it was not to my liking. The customer service tried to accommodate me with some other options. I said I would be more happy with a new table top. They agreed and ordered me a new one. Stay tuned and I will hopefully be able to report back that it is perfect! Thank you!

Karla J and her manager were very responsive to our situation. They respected that we are very loyal Modani customers. They treated us the right way! The Modani way.. I so appreciate their time and effort- it makes all the difference! Thanks again

Had an issue with my furniture that was delivered and resolving it was a great experience due to Karla J. She followed up even when I had forgotten to reach back out to them. I really appreciate that there are still good customer service representatives working to make a difference.

I have purchased a new sofa from the new Modani collection , I love it so much. Comfort level is on point and I have received several compliments when having guests over on how it looks! Very happy with my experience

Not recommendable. The leather items fall apart in 2-3 years of use. Expensive for the quality.

Do not buy from Modani. They delivered my furniture after the allocated time for the delivery. I was unavailable to check the delivery when they arrived and my husband who is blind unknowingly accepted it. The delivery folks took the boxes. The 8 chairs I ordered do not fit properly under my table. Modani is now demanding that I pay a 30% restocking fee (which they did not tell me when I purchased the items) because I don't have the boxes. It really bothers me when a company takes advantage of someone who is disabled.

An AWFUL experience with MODANI furniture in Fort Lauderdale. I bought a sofa at Modani in Fort Lauderdale and I am having difficulty to make a return. The show room has denied any responsibility and told us to deal directly with the customer service witch appear to be an entirely a different entity. They told me that it was my responsibility to return the Sofa disassembled, in the original boxes (which the delivery people took back) and pay a carrier to return it to their warehouse in MiamI + 30% restocking fees. I was only aware for the 30% restocking fees ( I never received a return policy). I am still waiting for a response from the manager of the show room or the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them.
