Hi Gary, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we’d love the opportunity to make things right. To begin, could you please share your order number with us? This will help us look into the details and provide a more accurate resolution. We’d also like to clarify that MOD Lighting operates globally, with warehouses in North America (New York), as well as in Asia. Depending on stock availability and order volume, items may be shipped from any of our fulfillment centers. Our goal is always to ensure your lighting arrives as efficiently and securely as possible. As for the packaging, we understand it might appear minimal, but the use of styrofoam is intentional - it’s proven to be the most protective material to safeguard our fixtures from travel-related damages, especially given their delicate structure. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to address this further once we have your order information. - Team MOD
