The equipment arrived as planned. Set up was quick and easy. I did call customer support with a question and they were very helpful and pleasant to talk with.

I am very thankful that I reached a kind and compassionate man, Aaron. He was clear and had patience with my questions. He explained everything clearly. And all questions that I had were answered time and time again. I am VERY thankful that he spoke perfect English. That takes out the frustration factor in understanding.
