I have no idea personally how well your company is doing since I have not received my purchase yet to try it out. Your ratings in BBB&Consumer Reports is high and your telephone salesman, Patrick gave a good salesmanship talk that I decided to give you a try. However I did read all your terms & conditions that I signed but some I found questionable but would need my attorney to read it. I shall give you an honest try and assume if I return the equipment to you my account will be ended with any rebates returned to me. So you show me how good you are and I shall know better in 6 months to answer this.
