Initially, the information provided over the phone wasn’t the same as indicated on the email. I had to call to clarify the info. After setting up the system according to the pamphlet, we still had 2 inaccuracies as far as fall alerts. When I called about this, the CS tech was very helpful and spent time making sure everything was acceptable.
