I frequently find that the system has lost contact and tries to reconnect based on the colors flashing from the transmitter. Yet, I never get any contact from you such as a text or email notifying me.

I have piece of mind with mobile help. My mother has fallen several times and has needed emergency services. They call me every time her device is activated or they detect a fall. EMS gets there before I do and I only live 7 minutes away. I would recommend this service to anyone with an elderly parent.

The people were friendly and kind and considerate. Help set up my pendant and with the testing. Last year when I needed help and pressed my call button, they were right there to answer and summons an ambulance for me. Also alerted family. Glad that I have Mobilehelp!
