Promptness in alerting family when there is an emergency!

This has helped my mom - bit of confusion back in July - but we got her the help (I got the call - think my sister was really sound asleep- and I had to call the police to go up- I have a broken ankle that I couldn’t get out and to her house). It has worked well for us - she was pretty independent up until July - it gave us all a bit of piece of mind - we will have to figure out if she still needs it - other medical issues may need us to bring in 24 hr a day care at this point

You have always been dependable. I appreciate the notice when my power is cut. I have had to call for help three different times since it was installed. In each case the communication with that help came rapidly and with ease. Being able to verify the connection by frequently testing my devices is a comfort.

The response to my alert was quick and efficient. I had the help I needed within minutes.

my husband fell in thebathroom and I pushed the call button and I spoke to a lady and toldher he was fine but I couldn't get him up and she informed me that help was on the way
