I wasn't expecting a new unit when I reported a problem, but he was quick to figure out I needed one, and sent one out right away with a return label to return the old one. Super service! Thanks!

Feel safe using your equipment. Contacted immediately when I press button. I have sent equipment through washer. You immediately send new equipment free of charge. Happened a few months ago.

I always get to speak with a real person instead of a recording. I was trying to do a test and every time I try I get connected with your office. They are very professional in helping me get through the test successfully. Great service and I’m glad I have it.
