prompt and accurate service.
I live alone. Mobile help button allows me to continue to do that. saved my life. woke up could not breath, hit mobile help button, passed out, woke saw paramedic standing at my bedroom door. door box system worked great, love that paramedic's have my emergency information by the time they arrive. I was unable to answer questions because I had passed out again and woke 3 weeks later. on my way to full recovery.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My pendant chain broke, pendant fell on tile floor and broke into two pieces. It was replaced quickly no questions asked.
