Waiting on delivery.

I just ordered this for my parents. They are just getting it set up now but everything seems to be going well. The customer service has been super. I will definitely recommend to people I know.

Very easy to talk to.

The sales rep was very helpful as we asked questions, giving us the answers we needed to make our decision, making us feel good about that decision. The device arrived and so far I am satisfied, happy for a couple of features it has that I did not have with my previous alarm system.

I just had the greatest experience with Michael helping me over the phoje to set up a new system. He helped me pick out a system for my dad. There was several options of things I hadn't even thought about. The peace of mind this adds to my life as my dad comes home from his hospital stay is awesome.

We just got the MobileHelp classic for my mom. So far so good. The price is hard to beat. We will see how well it does over time. Customer support has been good, and the devices seem to work well. I will update this after we have had it for a while.
