Patrick's information was clear and concise and I felt I was getting what I needed for my personal safety for the best price. I wasn't rushed, had time to speak with family, and signed on the next day. I will recommend MobileHelp to my friends and family.

The professional interactions and follow through. A pleasure to deal with your company!

Polite, helpful, good value

The process is efficient and easy! The price is affordable especially for those on a fixed budget. No contract. As far as implementation, the User Guide is easy to follow and takes the first time user "step by step" to activate the system. It also felt wonderful for my loved one to have this product for safety - especially when my loved one lives alone. The sales team was the best - they believe in Mobile Help and made me feel satisfied with the promise of excellent Customer Care. Additionally - the follow-up call from the records department is especially fantastic because they verified the information that was on file initially and then they took all necessary information for the Emergency Team in the event of a personal emergency (like a fall) for my loved one. So far, I could not be more delighted with my choice for Emergency Response in the home or when my loved one is out doing errands. Thanks.

Angel had patience, knowledge, and caring for potential customers.
