MobileHelp called me at 7:20 AM to set…
MobileHelp called me at 7:20 AM to set up the account. That is not appropriate. Shortly after that I got an email allowing me to setup the account, but when I went into it today (2 days later), it says that the link is inactive. The system hasn't even arrived so I am not sure why the link is inactive. Not good service so far...
