I was able to tell what I needed and I was given the options. I shopped around for service and prices. Your prices were a little higher, but it was something about the way Mr. Richard presented the program that made my decision to stop shopping and buy your service.

I am very unhappy after opening my computer to go through my info. My name is Sally Howard. How can we do business if you cannot get that correct. My account is under the name Sally Heller. How unprofessional. Also my daughter's name is misspelled - if a person went to find her in an emergency, they would not have the proper name.
