Plan was well explained. I felt the representative asked questions that would give us the best plan and that he cared about our situation.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha and she clearly and patiently explained all the services and which one meets our needs best. I initially planned on contacting another vendor after the call but ended up purchasing the service because of the excellent service and support. I did not feel rushed at all.
