Paula Was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns about the system She is a great salesperson and I feel like she genuinely cared about my parents and their well being 5 stars isn't enough

We spoke with three different representatives, Bill, Samantha and Stewart. All three were great and guided us on what we felt we needed. They assisted us with decisions and were very patient explaining the products to us.

The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel forced or obligated to purchase a device.

right now as I just purchase the device. ..I am wearing it everyday. I feel secured with it on. this is a new experience for me to wear it. the only thing I am concerned about it I accidentily hit it unintentionally .. I know I should hold it for 5 seconds and call out cancel , false alarm and the device will stop. that is all I can say about this at the present time,
