I'd like to talk about something that happened to me. I was trying to buy something and it took me to another website. It took my money and didn't give me what I ordered. Please help me, what can I do?

Al principio no fallo, pero luego compré una mascota de grow a garden y lleva días sin darme el artículo y ni siquiera obtuve reembolso o personalmente el aviso de un admin de la página...?

There are too many fails while claiming an order. Had at least 4 times an issue.

I don’t think that I would ever order something from here again at first I thought it was a normal thing and I had to add the bot but it didn’t let me trade it so I had to go on a whole other account just to get my items and that’s just inconvenient when I gave them an account to trade it to and I had to figure everything out by myself
