I was so pleased with the personal service I received from Mo and Katie. This was my first purchase and there were some minor glitches receiving pictures via text and billing but both people who helped me went out of their way to quickly and efficiently resolve them. My products arrived in a timely manner and my skin is looking amazing.

Still haven’t received my order. Teledoc missed two appointments. Customer service said another would reach out. Starting to think this is a scam.

I waited a month to hear from someone and then they told me they don’t have my prescription. You can’t call a number they said we’re only able to communicate through text. I requested my money back and haven’t heard back from them since then, buy it’s only been 12 hours
