Lamentablemente debo expresar mi total disconformidad con la falta de responsabilidad y compromiso tanto por parte de Minisopuru como de la empresa de mensajería CTT. Realicé una compra confiando en que el producto sería entregado en tiempo y forma, aportando desde el primer momento todos mis datos de dirección correctos. Incluso, me tomé el trabajo de comunicarme vía SMS para facilitar la entrega, ofreciendo información adicional para evitar cualquier inconveniente. Sin embargo, ni la empresa vendedora ni la transportista han mostrado el más mínimo interés en contactarme o dar seguimiento a la entrega pactada. Esta actitud refleja una alarmante falta de atención al cliente y seriedad en el cumplimiento de sus compromisos. Espero que este comentario sirva para advertir a otros compradores y que las empresas involucradas tomen conciencia de la importancia de ofrecer un servicio profesional y respetuoso hacia sus clientes. Regrettably, I must express my complete dissatisfaction with the lack of responsibility and commitment shown by both Minisopuru and the courier company CTT. I made a purchase trusting that the product would be delivered in a timely manner, providing all my correct address information from the outset. I even went to the trouble of communicating via SMS to facilitate delivery, offering additional information to avoid any inconvenience. However, neither the seller nor the carrier has shown the slightest interest in contacting me or following up on the agreed delivery. This attitude reflects an alarming lack of customer service and seriousness in fulfilling their commitments. I hope this comment serves as a warning to other buyers and that the companies involved become aware of the importance of offering a professional and respectful service to their customers.
