An amazing opportunity
This was an amazing opportunity to deepen my understanding of mindfulness and to see how the practice of being present is an act of compassion toward oneself and others. Tushar was an wonderful instructor and I am so grateful that he accompanied our group on this journey. Thank you for such a rich experience!

Thank you for a wonderful experience
This program was very well done and has offered me tools to improve my life. I learned how to meditate, and why to meditate. Andy Lee was thoughtful, articulate and complete. He really seemed to know all the participants in the group. I learned a lot from conversation with other group participants as well. I think it would have been more satisfying in-person than on zoom. I am very grateful for this wonderful, life-affirming experience. Thank you, Andy.

Well structured 8 week course with…
Well structured 8 week course with wonderful session leader who guided and challenged me. Feel motivated to continue down the path of mindful living.

Valuable time spent learning strategies
Each class, students practice useful tools for stress reduction. This class does not include theory, so students do not learn the science behind the strategies, Not about peer reviewed studies that support these practices. Rather, the program demonstrates to students effective methods for silent or guided meditation; ways we can be more mindful in our daily lives; and useful stretching to relieve tension and stress. The instructor is A-1; and group work was valuable. I highly recommend this course. The only drawback for me was not learning theory or research studies to date.

The MBSR course was wonderful
The MBSR course was wonderful, insightful, challenging in a good way! Our instructor Alisha really created a beautiful environment and guided us through all the difficult and amazing moments of this 8-week-programne.

Very enjoyable course
Very enjoyable course. The instructor and students were strongly invested and participated fully. The retreat was particularly restorative and the daily exercises nourishing.
