Eu comprei um curso de 0,99 $ e vi que no “pack” vinha um trial que se eu não cancelasse seria cobrado anualmente 129,99$! Foi um susto, mas imediatamente enviei o e-mail Pedindo o cancelamento e eles prontamente e com muita atenção cancelaram e me asseguraram Que esse valor não será cobrado. Espero que assim seja! Mas no geral a assistência ao cliente foi impecável

SCAM. Paid 0.99 USD for the trial and a few days later they are trying to charge 149 USD from my card. I cancelled the anual subscription plan right after paying the trial as I knew they would charge me, but even after cancelling they tried to steal my money!!! I have proof that I cancelled my subscription!!! But they are thieves and don’t care. For the past 2 days Stripe is sending me 5 emails a day saying that Mindfuleve is trying to charge me. AVOID GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AT ALL COST.

After the trial period, the annual subscription charge of $149 is applied, as clearly outlined during the purchase process and in the confirmation emails you received. SCAAAAAM!!! They will never return you the money! Classic scammers! No 14 days money back guarantee! How can we bring this people to justice! This is not right!!! Conversation with them: "Unfortunately, as the subscription has already been active and services have been available, we are unable to process a refund in this instance. However, we’d be more than happy to assist you in managing your subscription settings to ensure it aligns with your preferences going forward. However, we want to clarify ыthat the terms of the 7-day trial and subsequent subscription were clearly stated at every step of the purchase process, including during checkout and in the email confirmations sent to you. I can see that you purchased a course at a special price of $0.99 instead of $49 and also joined the MindfulEve Plus plan, which included a 7-day free trial. The trial offered a 7-day free full access to our platform and was followed by an auto-renewal subscription, as explained during the checkout process. They stole 240 AUD from my card and claimed I signed up for a membership which I didn’t then I reached out to customer service to demand a refund. They seemed very understanding and told me that the refund have been processed and it should be in my account from 1 to 3 days but it’s been 7 days and still NOTHING. Absolute Scam. I WANT MY REFUND!

I had a great experience with Louise, (a corporate support manager) in cancelling my membership. Mindfuleve offers a monthly membership, and that particular benefit does not apply to me. For people that are looking for several programs I can see how they can benefit from it. Anyways I was very pleased with the support service, highly recomend it
