I’ve ordered a chess for my dad as a Christmas present. I placed an order back at the start of November. First the promised by Christmas, then by new year’s, then by 15th of January. Now it’s mid February, and I still haven’t received it. There’s no proper way to get support, as ok responses are generated automatically. The worst service possible, and all of it for over 500 dollars

Money was taken immediately - customer service sends prompt replies but all are false - still waiting 6 months later for the chessboard and just want a refund now. Do not buy from this company

Not related to the robot but the chess board. They acquired the company where I bought the chessboard and delivered it to me. I waited 4 years to receive it. It didn't work properly not even once, so I contacted the customer service but it is the worse I have ever seen. They reply with empathy statement but not solving the issue. We continued to reply each other via email from months now. They asked me to do and send them many proves and realized, finally, that they cannot fix it and so, they will deliver a replacement. Maybe 5 months passed from when I contacted them. They told me I have to wait and I got that they are waiting to have 100% of pre-orders but it means wait for it for how long?! I told them I don't want to wait because I fed up and I simply want my money back. So, now they are asking for a further proof. I will never receive the replacement nor the money. Do not trust this company, is not professional at all!
