The EB-3 process of the client referenced in this review is progressing successfully. We believe this review is not authentic and was created to pressure MCA USA on an unrelated matter. Nevertheless, for the sake of transparency with our clients and the international community, we will also address the specific concerns mentioned in this review below. Reference this particular case, the EB-3 process is progressing well: the Labor Certification has been approved by the Department of Labor, and the I-140 petition is in process to be filed to USCIS, following the confirmation from the client to move forward with the case. These milestones reflect the effectiveness of our process and our commitment to your successful outcome. Regarding the job offer document, it is not required at this stage.
