I had an FTP problem. Support just kept repeating what shouldn't be happening but didn't offer any helpful suggestions about how to correct it. I moved to another host and FTP works fine there using the same client app.
Response from Middlehost, Inc.· Nov 30, 2023
We are genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the FTP service. We strive to offer reliable and efficient support, and it's clear that we fell short in your case. Our team is taking your feedback seriously and we are reviewing our support process to ensure we provide actionable solutions, not just diagnostics. Learning that you’ve found success with another host provides us a crucial insight into how we can improve. We appreciate the time you took to bring this to our attention. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We wish you all the best with your new hosting service. If there's anything more we can do for you, or if you have further insights to share, we're here to listen.

Dear Umair Amin, We truly value your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We understand the importance of timely assistance and want to clarify that our team addressed your support ticket #623333 promptly, with the fastest response time being 10 minutes and 35 seconds, and the longest being approximately 1 hour and 11 minutes, given the complexity of the issues. For immediate assistance, we also offer a live chat service which provides real-time support. While our ticketing system is designed for thorough, in-depth assistance, which may not be as instantaneous as live chat, we always aim to respond as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding that resolution times can vary depending on the nature of the problem. Rest assured, we are dedicated to providing efficient and effective support. If there are any additional concerns or further assistance needed, please reach out through our live chat or support tickets. We are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our customers and thank you for the opportunity to serve you better. Warm regards,
