Excellent Experience! I received my ring as expected and it was beautiful. At first I was hesitant to order online without seeing the ring in person. However, the ring was more beautiful in person than it was online. The setting options were far superior to any of the other ethical jewelry companies online. In addition, I'm glad that my lab-grown diamond did not require tons of earth to be moved, and happy to know that some of the proceeds go to assisting diamond mining communities. I never once spoke to a customer service representative because I was sure about what I wanted. Based on the other reviews, I'm sure they are top notch! Thank you MiaDonna! My fiance loves the ring, and we are sure it will last a lifetime.

The best part of working with MiaDonna other than their beautifully designed diamond rings are their staff. Every lady that I talked to helped me with choosing the ring and getting it shipped as quickly as possible.

We fell in love with the quality of the rings and the work being done in Africa. Great experience when I flew in with my Fiance and chose the options. The sales person that we originally saw was great and attentive but, no longer works there. Not a great experience ordering the ring. Poor verbal communication once I placed my order. Customer service and connection was missing. Many innacurate emails sent to me which made the process confusing. UPS originally lost my package. We never got the diamond earrings we were promised when we went to the showroom. They were supposed to come with the purchase of the ring.

We wish we had known of your frustration with our communication so we could have made this process smoother for you. Unfortunately once the package leaves our office we are at the mercy of UPS and we cannot control any errors they may make. With regards to the earrings, they were an offer that we were running in November and due to your purchase being made in April, it was no longer available. Return policy needs improvement. Similar companies cover shipping cost and don’t limit returns to one per customer.

Hi Kurt, I really appreciate your feedback. As a small business, our return policy is something we continually work to improve, but as I'm sure you can appreciate, there are limitations to what we can and cannot offer. I'd love to provide free two-way shipping and unlimited returns, however, as a foundation first company handcrafting product in the U.S.A. with little mark-up, we have minimal margin to work with. Many of our competitors source their products from overseas, apply high mark-ups, and do not contribute profits towards a foundation. We do things differently. Crafting within the U.S.A. and keeping our pricing as affordable as possible is very important to us, but does limit us in other areas – shipping costs being a notable one. We do offer free U.S. shipping, and hope to expand to free returns in the near future, it's just not feasible right now. I do really appreciate your support and your opinion.
