They are wonderful, ethical, authentic and quick to respond in direct phone call communication! I had written a longer message to be engraved on my fiancé’s wedding band and added a note for the reader “if this is too long please call me and we can edit” and I received a call the next day by a LOVELY lady! I forget her name sadly, but can’t say enough about this company.
