MiaDonna is fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough! I wanted a specific center stone color and opened a chat with Shelby and Leslie, they could not have been more wonderful! They got me exactly what I was looking for and were so fast and helpful with all my questions. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and my husband and I love it! We definitely plan on purchasing from MiaDonna again. Their jewelry is stunning and their customer service is amazing.

Avoid this vendor. We ordered a wedding from Miadonna - they had a wonderful story and the images of the products were wonderful. The phone and email service was also excellent. The sales person that we spoke with also recomended having the ring engraved for a small fee. Once the ring arrived it was laughable, it was more appropriate for a child than an adult - and it did not match with the description. Luckily we had the 30 day return, so our disappointment was tempered by knowing we were not stuck with it. Or were we? We got in touch with Miadonna and asked to return it. We were then informed that as we had it engraved we could not return it. The Miadonna website prominently displays 30 day worry free return copy. Buried waaaay down in the fine print at the bottom of the page is a memo, buried in an accordian pulldown, stating that engraved sales are final. Curious when you couple that with the salesperson pushing engraving during the sale without informing us that it would negate the retun protection. So at this juncture we have a ridiculous doll sized ring that we overpayed from a vendor that crafted wonderful ad copy to entice and screw over the unwitting. A quick search of web reviews informs us that we are one among many - but Miadonna has obviously had some "reputation managment" work done as the dozens of negative reviews were pushed down in the search ranks by some paid for positives (a rep management strategy). Don't let this fool you as it has us.

Hello Drew, we are very disappointed to hear you were dissatisfied with the quality of our ring and the service you received. I personally helped you with the return and believed we did everything we could to make the return as smooth as possible. It is clearly stated on our website that an engraved ring is not eligible for return. You even have to click a box to acknowledge that an engraved ring cannot be returned or exchanged before checking out on our website. We are very transparent and not a company that tries to trick customers. If you had spoken with a customer service representative, they would have advised you to wait before engraving. We never encourage customers to engrave the ring as often the ring will need to be resized which results in the customer having to pay for a second engraving. Although your ring was not eligible for a return, I spoke directly with the casting house to see if they would make an exception as you were not happy with the ring you received. The jeweler refused to give us a refund and offered us a restocking fee which the customer is generally required to cover in this situation. We actually covered the cost of the restocking fee for you and issued you with a full refund. I am sorry you felt your experience with MiaDonna was unfair as I believe we tried everything we could to make the situation right once you informed us that you were dissatisfied with your ring.

Thanks to Hannah and Leslie for your help! I asked them to help me make sure the ring was to me by a certain date. They told me personally when the ring was complete and asked if I'd like to buy expedited shipping to make sure it arrived in time. Good customer service.

When I fell from standing to sitting, pieces of the stone broke off, and one of the tines shifted. I sent the ring back for a cost of $30, but MiaDonna wanted to charge me almost the cost of a new ring to replace the stone and fix the setting. MiaDonna required another $30 to send the damaged ring back to me, which I just received. They somehow damaged the setting further. The whole setting is twisted to one side. What a heartbreaking experience this has been. MiaDonna wrote a long nonsensical reply to my review. The stone broke from a fall of less than 3 feet, which IS a manufacturing defect. What they are not saying is that they damaged my ring even further by twisting the setting. Avoid this company at all costs.

Hello Honey, I am so sorry you were disappointed with your experience with MiaDonna. When we received your ring it was badly damaged. The head of the ring was off center and the stone was slightly chipped. We offered to get your ring repaired but you wanted to change the ring for a new setting and a totally different center stone. If the damage had been due to a manufacturing defect then we would 100% have repaired the ring for free but the damage was most definitely not a manufacturing defect. The ring was completely out of shape. We quoted you for the new setting and center stone and you appeared very happy with the service you received. We even ordered a stone in for you that we ordinarily do not offer and which we are unable to return. After a period of time we reached out as we hadn't received payment for the new ring and it was then that you asked for your ring to be returned as you no longer wanted to go ahead with the purchase. Unfortunately, our customers are responsible for shipping unless the ring has a manufacturing defect which is why you were charged $30 for return shipping. The ring has been with the jeweler since March and there was no further damage to the ring from when it arrived. The cost to repair the ring was not going to be the same price as a new setting. The cost was due to you wanting to change the ring you had for a completely different setting. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need to discuss this issue further.

Awful quality and customer service. I purchased a pair of earrings that cost me $363. After two months of wearing them, they were incredibly tarnished (see burnt orange color). I cleaned them with the cleaner provided by MiaDonna and nothing changed. I notified MiaDonna and they tried telling me there was nothing wrong with them. They finally said I should send them back for their review (had to request they pay for shipping) and after receiving them, they told me they found no issues with them and sent me a $30 invoice to pay for shipping back to me!!! How absurd and disappointing.

Hello Navdeep, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service you received at MiaDonna. As soon as you reached out with the issues you were having with your earrings we sent out shipping information so we could see what the issue was. We gladly sent you a shipping label to return the earrings. We took the earrings to two different jewelers to get them evaluated and both jewelers agreed that there was not an issue with the metal. Most jewelers get their settings from the same company so MiaDonna by no means offers inferior metal. The jewelers steeped your earrings in solution and the marks came off. Metal reacts with your ph and this is not unusual to get a slight darkening of metal where the earring goes into the ear. The earrings are perfect. As a general rule we do not cover return shipping when there is not a manufacturing defect, which there was not in this case, however, we will cover return shipping in this case.
